Lodging a claim under the .au Dispute Resolution Policy (auDRP) is a method that does not involve the courts and may result in the domain name licence being transferred you if you are successful.

It is cheaper, quicker, and everything is done electronically. It is also an alternative option to consider if your complaint to auDA has been unsuccessful.

There is a fee of $2,000 if you wish to have your case heard before a single member panel or $4,500 if you want a three member panel.

To lodge a claim under the auDRP, please contact an auDRP provider for more details about the process.
