What do I need to do as a registrar when there is notice from an auDRP Provider that the proceeding is suspended/terminated or withdrawn?

Follow

When a proceeding is suspended/terminated or withdrawn, it usually means that the Complainant has decided that the proceeding will not continue.

As a registrar, you may also be contacted by both the Complainant and Respondent informing that they have reached an agreement to have the domain name transferred from the current registrant to the Complainant.

In such a case, the standard change of registrant process should take place in accordance with the Transfers (Change of Registrant) Policy.
